本课题组研究方向为分子植物-微生物相互作用,在Molecular Plant、PNAS、Plant Journal、Trends in Plant Science、New Phytologist等专业学术期刊发表多篇论文。
以大豆与模式植物拟南芥为研究对象,重点关注如下研究内容:
1. 植物免疫与生长发育平衡调控机制;
2. 植物免疫激素水杨酸合成调控机制;
3. 大豆广谱抗病遗传改良与分子设计。
