Summary
Graduated as a doctor in 2013. Currently working as a lecturer in Life Science College of Nanjing Agricultural University. My research is mainly focus on the mucosal immunity as well as the interactions between microbe and host defending, especially on dendritic dells. By the way, I was also take part in some research of producing transgenic animal.

科研情况

1 研究方向:
(1)非编码RNA调控黏膜免疫功能的研究;

  国家自然科学基金面上项目,microRNA靶基因识别的系统生物学,在研,参加;

  国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,乳酸杆菌调控猪肠干细胞修复受损肠黏膜机制的研究,在研,参加

  国家自然科学基金面上项目,一种高效提高新生仔猪肠道免疫力的新机制,在研,参加;

  国家科技部重大专项,高产优质转基因奶羊新品种培育,在研,参加;


(2)益生菌抗原递送载体的研发:

   江苏省青年自然基金项目《 一种新型口服黏膜免疫疫苗及其免疫机制的研究》(BK20150666),主要研究研发重组枯草芽孢杆菌表达HA 刺激机体产生保护性抗体;同时表达PB1-F 诱导树突状细胞成熟;采用重组枯草芽孢杆菌口服免疫新生雏鸡,大幅度提高局部和全身免疫水平。该研究着眼于益生菌表达,提高鸡的黏膜免疫;从“益生菌-营养-免疫”的角度出发防控禽流感病毒的传播。其在益生菌激活鸡树突状细胞天然免疫方面的研究将为本项目研究鸡树突状细胞天然免疫信号通路提供了前期研究基础;同时本研究的研究成果,将为益生菌表达提供新思路,从阻断禽流感病毒复制的角度防
禽流感病毒的传播。
