张克云 / 副教授

个人简介

博士,副教授,硕士生导师,南京农业大学“133人才工程”优秀骨干教师,动物生物学系系主任。主要从事抗虫生物及其活性物质基因资源研究。主持完成国家级、省部级项目6项;参与5项。发现了1类新的昆虫病原线虫资源,包括1个新属3个新种。相关研究结果以封面文章等在动物学科Q1区期刊等SCI期刊上发表, 并被PNAS、病原生物Top 1期刊PLOS PATHOGENS 等国际一流刊物引用30余次。近年来在昆虫病原线虫的生物学研究、miRNA、活性化合物、基因组分析、生物活性蛋白分离纯化及功能研究方面,发表/接受相关SCI收录论文30余篇。

近5年来指导本科生毕业论文6人/年,指导本科生国创课题5项、SRT 5项;主持教改项目4项;4次教学综合评价优秀;获得2013年度教学质量优秀奖和2014年度宁粮奖教金。
