个人简介

赖仞,男,43岁,博士,教授,博士生导师,南京农业大学133学科带头人。2010年国家杰出青年基金获得者、2011年中国青年科技奖获得者,2013年国家技术发明二等奖获得者(排名第一)。

2)研究方向
a、从传统药物识别功能分子,揭示发挥药效的物质基础,建立天然药物活性蛋白/多肽分子资源库,研发创新药物;
b、离子通道(Na+, K+, Ca2+, Cl-, TRP)靶向的人类疾病机理(如疼痛、自身免疫性疾病、癫痫等)研究及新药研发;
c、病原媒介生物与宿主相互作用的分子机制及其生物防控研究;
在病原媒介生物(蜱、虻虫)的基础研究及控制应用研究中取得了重要进展,并获得了国家自然科学重点项目基金(如牛虻与其宿主相互作用的分子机制及其作为传统抗血栓中药的物质基础,基金编号30830021)的支持。
到目前以第一或者通讯作者身份共发表SCI论文140篇,如Immunity(IF23)、Nature Communications、Chemical Reviews(IF50)、Proc Natl Acad Sci、Mol Cell Proteomics、Hypertension、J Med Chem、FASEB J、Allergy、Free Radic Biol Med、JBC等;受邀担任J Venom Res副主编;申请发明专利70多项。
