主讲本科生“基础微生物学”、“基础微生物学实验”、“微生物学大实验”和“微生物生理学实验”等课程。主讲研究生“生物工程研究班讨论”。参与研究生“高级微生物学”。

(1)微生物降分解农药等有毒污染物的分子机制及微生物修复

(2)芽孢杆菌重组蛋白表达系统的开发及酶制剂生产

(3)好氧嗜甲烷菌(Aerobic methanotrophs)同化甲烷的分子机理及应用(有机会到UW交流)
