1990-1994 安徽农业技术师范学院兽医系,获学士学位
1994-1997 南京农业大学动物医学院动物传染病学专业,获硕士学位
1997-2001 中科院上海植物生理生态研究所微生物学专业,获博士学位
2001-2005 美国德克萨斯大学休斯顿医学院微生物系和膜蛋白研究中心,博士后
2005-2007 瑞士Paul Scherrer Institute生物大分子系膜蛋白结构生物学研究组,博士后
研究方向
研究方向为膜蛋白及酶类等的结构生物学以及微生物的分子遗传学。已在Nature Communication,EMBO J,Acta Crystallogr D,Journal of Biological Chemistry, Biochemical Journal, Journal of Molecular Biology 等杂志上发表SCI论文20多篇。

Education:
I got my B.Sc. in veterinary medicine (1994) from Anhui Science and Technology University, Master degree (1997) from Naning Agricultural University and Ph.D. in Microbiology (2001) from the Shanghai Institute of Plant Physiology of Chinese Academy of Sciences. After that I applied for and was awarded a post-doctoral fellowship under the supervision of Professor John Spudich in College of Medicine, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (Oct. 2001- Mar. 2005). I joined in the Laboratory of Biomolecular Research (BMR) at Paul Scherrer Institute of Switzerland (April 2005-Feb. 2007).

Career:
Since 2007 - Professor at Microbiology Department, College of Life Sciences, Nanjing Agricultural University

Research area:
Structure and Function of microbial proteins (mainly focusing on the structure determination of membrane proteins including tranporters and signal transduction proteins, proteins involved in biosynthetic pathway of some secondary metabolites and some other important proteins) and MMG (molecular and microbial genetics).
