宋小玲 / 教授

个人简介

宋小玲,博士,教授,博士生导师,江苏省杂草学会秘书长。1969年1月15日出生。1994年毕业于南京农业大学植物保护专业,并获理学硕士学位。毕业后一直从事农田杂草的生物学生态学以及防除工作。2002年调入南京农业大学杂草研究室从事杂草科学教学和科研工作。主要研究领域为转基因作物的安全性评价和农田杂草的生物学生态学以及防除。2003年毕业于南京农业大学生命科学学院,获理学博士学位。博士学位论文题目:通过植物的亲和性评价抗除草剂转基因作物基因漂移的安全性研究。自2000年以来,长期从事转基因作物环境安全评价研究。以时间关系序列、空间关系序列和种群数量关系为原则,选择抗除草剂转基因作物的伴生杂草、亲缘关系较远的和亲缘关系较近的近缘种为研究对象,从抗性基因漂移的条件,特别是首要条件亲和性为出发点,采用生殖生物学方法结合人工杂交和田间混合种植的试验结果,探讨了抗除草剂转基因作物的抗性基因向不同亲缘关系近缘种,特别针对早期不亲和的近缘种漂移的检测方法和技术。以抗除草剂转基因水稻(Oryza sativa)和油菜(Brassica napus)与其不同亲缘关系近缘种为材料进行了抗性基因漂移的风险评价。为抗除草剂转基因作物抗性基因漂移的安全性评价提供了快速检测技术和方法。
 在农田杂草生物学和生态学以及防除方面也开展了大量工作。从2003年开始从事了我国农田杂草对草甘膦抗药性调查和研究。筛选出两种抗草甘膦的小飞蓬种群。对我国杂草稻的发生进行了调查,正在系统杂草稻的生物学特性和防除研究。
2007 年受国家留学基金委公派,在加拿大的Lethbridge Research Centre, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, 学习工作一年,在此期间主要的研究集中在转基因作物安全性评估方面,包括转基因作物抗性基因在后代中的表达和转基因作物基因漂移等研究。2015年3月-2015年10月受国家留学基金委委派,在美国University of Arkansas交流,从事除草剂抗药性研究。


教学情况

主讲本科生《植物学》、《植物学Ⅰ》、《植物学Ⅱ》、《植物学实验》、《杂草学》、《植物与生活》等课程,参与研究生课程《生物安全学》、《植物学与发育生物学研究进展》和《高级杂草学》的教学。10余年来一直进行《植物学》的网络教学试验研究, 作为主要完成人先后参加《传统基础课程《植物学》现代化改革的探索与实践》和《〈植物学〉网络教学的试验与示范》等以实验教学为主体的植物学教学模式改革的研究项目,进行不同专业学生对网络教学方式适应能力的比较研究。获得国家教学成果一等奖、江苏省高等教育教学成果一等奖和南京农业大学教学成果特等奖各一项,先后发表相关教学研究论文3篇。作为副主编出版了国家”十一五”规划教材《生物安全学》,中国农业出版社,2011年,同时也是第二章的作者。还作为编者参与编写了强胜教授主编的《杂草学》,2009年第二版,中国农业出版社。是《植物与生活》视频公开课的主要完成人。
