已发表学术论文100多篇,其中SCI收录60多篇,被SCI论文引用1800多次(h index:21)。获江苏省第七届“青年科技奖”(2001年)、中国农学会第八届“青年科技奖”(2002)和教育部第四届“高校青年教师奖”(2002)。主持完成的“重金属污染土壤的化学诱导修复”获2009年度教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学奖二等奖。
