理学博士,现为南京农业大学生命科学学院植物学教授,博士研究生导师,学校“133重点人才工程”优秀骨干教师。

主要学习或工作经历: 2001.9-2002.2作为访问学者公派赴香港中文大学生物系植物和真菌生物技术中心进修植物生理与分子生物学;
2004.9-2005.9参加由中组部和团中央选派的全国第5批赴西部“博士服务团”并任贵州省农科院院长助理;
2007.3-6 参加上海外国语大学出国留学人员英语高级班学习;
2008.4-10作为访问学者公派赴美国Texas Tech University进修植物逆境生物学。
2014.7-8作为高级研究学者公派赴美国University of Florida进行博士生联合培养与学术交流。

教学方面: 主讲本科生《植物生理学》、《植物生理学实验》、《植物化学调控》、《植物逆境生理》,研究生《高级植物生理学》、《现代植物学研究技术》、《植物抗逆生理及其研究技术》、《植物学与发育生物学研究专题》等课程。先后指导大学生科研训练(SRT)项目7项,硕士研究生29名,博士研究生6名(含博士后1名),参编(含副主编)教材5部,主持完成学校《植物生理学》CAI课件1项, 参加校级教改项目多项。

科研方面:研究方向为植物逆境生物学,具体涉及作物耐逆生理及其分子遗传改良,植物耐逆性化学调控,植物微生物共生与逆境适应机理。先后主持完成瑞典国际科学基金(IFS)、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目和面上项目、国家转基因生物新品种培育重大专项子课题、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目和青年科技创新人才(学术带头人)项目、学校国家重点实验室开放课题等9项,合作参与完成国家和部省级课题10余项。荣获教育部科技进步二等奖1项(1999)、江苏省自然科学基金完成“质量优秀”3项(1999,2001和2005)、中国植物生理学会青年优秀学术论文奖1项,国家授权利发明专利1项。现任《植物分类与资源学报》第六届编委,已在《Protoplasma》, 《Journal of Plant Physiology》,《Plant Growth Regulation》,《Environmental and Experimental Botany》,《Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》,《Journal of Plant Physiology and Molecular Biology》,《Acta Botanica Yunnanica》,《Journal of Agronomy & Crop Sciences》,《生态学报》等国内外学术刊物上发表论文60余篇,其中SCI、EI收录19篇。
