一、个人信息/Personal Information

杨清,男,留法博士,2000年,作为江苏省政府海外引进人才,受聘于南京农业大学,任教授、博士生导师。还兼任中国作物学会马铃薯专业委员会委员、理事,国家科学技术奖励评审专家,教育部科技奖励评审专家,教育部博士后与回国留学人员及博士点基金评审专家安徽省自然科学基金评审专家福建省自然科学基金评审专家,中国农业科学院学位论文评审专家,Plant Biotechnology J , PLOS ONE 和PMBR审稿人,作物学报审稿人,园艺学报审稿人, 中国科技论文在线评审专家,加拿大生物学家协会会员,作物遗传与种质创新国家重点实验室客座教授,国家梨产业技术体系分子育种组成员。江苏省侨联第六次代表大会代表,江苏省归侨侨眷先进个人称号获得者(2007,2012)。

2002年进入生命科学学院工作至今;

五、研究概述/Researches
1984-2000年,在法国和加拿大留学、工作,从事十字花科植物雄性生殖、单倍体、生物技术、分子生物学等研究。
2000
年至今,在南京农业大学工作,从事植物功能基因组学、基因工程、马玲薯生物技术和分子改良研究。先后承担国家基金委、教育部、科技部、外专局和省科技厅课题十多项。通过以上项目以培养博士研究生22名、硕士研究生54名。
主要成果:提出花椰菜离体雄性生殖的模型与机理; 建立了花椰菜小孢子单倍体再生体系,首次成功获得单倍体植株; 建立了高效花药悬浮培养体系; 建立了单倍体快速检测鉴定方法; 创立了花蕾培养诱导单倍体新方法; 建立了落叶松成熟材料原生质体再生体系和再生潜力细胞筛选的数学模型; 利用不同倍体材料分析并提出马铃薯自交不亲和性的新证据,进一步完善了自交不亲和性的分子机理; 在马铃薯功能基因研究方面, 克隆了与块茎发育光调控相关基因7个, 花色苷生物合成基因6个调控基因1个, 抗虫基因2个; 在茄子抗黄萎病研究方面, 克隆了与防卫反应相关基因9个; 在水稻耐盐性遗传方面,克隆了与耐盐相关的新基因2个; 在转基因研究方面, 先后获得了MSI-99转基因马铃薯, 转中长链羟基脂肪酸聚酯合成基因烟草, OsGA20ox2 RNAi半矮干水稻, 转花青苷生物合成关键酶基因3GT马铃薯, 转StoVe1马铃薯, 转PGIP马铃薯, antisense-PHYB马铃薯, antisense-StCOL马铃薯等; 在洋葱CMS不育性研究方面,揭示了CMS不育机理; 在其它方面, 研究了慈姑细胞骨架形成机制、大白菜对软腐病菌的防卫机制、野生茄子抗黄萎病的分子机制以及马铃薯花色苷抗氧化机制,等等 在The Plant Journal、PCE、Genetics、Plos ONE、PMB、Plant Mol Bio Rep.、PCTOC、TAG、JIPB、Plant Science 、MBC Genetics等国内外学术刊物上发表论文130余篇,申请国家发明专利4项, 获得授权国家发明专利3项。
